Jess is the welcoming face at Integrated Physical Therapy of Irondequoit, where she checks in patients, manages scheduling, and ensures everyone feels at home from the moment they walk in. With an associate’s degree in accounting, she brings both professionalism and warmth to her role. Since joining the team nearly three months ago, Jess has enjoyed watching patients make progress and celebrating their small victories. She especially values the strong community atmosphere created by her amazing coworkers and patients.
Outside of work, Jess stays active by playing pickleball, hiking, and paddleboarding during the summer months. She also loves baking and spending time with her husband and two daughters. A Rochester local, Jess enjoys walking along the canal and visiting Pittsford Dairy—two of her favorite spots in the area.
