Do you want help getting started on a program toward a healthier you?

We create personalized programs tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re focused on strength training, improving flexibility or weight loss, we can help. On your first consult you will be asked to participate in a fitness test and your vital signs and body mass index (BMI) will be checked to help set personal goals.

Depending on the direction you want to take, we will provide the exercises and the equipment that is right for you. Follow up visits are based on how frequently you want feedback and advancement in the program.

We are an approved facility for members participating in Silver & Fit or Silver Sneakers with their insurance.
