About Integrated Chiropractic  And Physical Therapy

Integrated Chiropractic And Physical Therapy (located in Hilton, Spencerport, and Irondequoit) specializes in total health and wellness care through Chiropractic, physical therapy, massage therapy, fitness and more.

In 1997, Dr. Christopher Zastawrny opened his first Chiropractic office.  He then expanded his practice into a larger facility where both physical therapy with Dr. John Zastawrny and massage therapy were added in 2004. These three disciplines working together give us a wide range of conservative treatments for musculoskeletal injuries. We were the first facility on the west side of Rochester to combine chiropractic treatment, physical therapy and massage therapy. We are excited about the cutting edge treatments we offer our patients for a variety of issues pertaining to neurological, muscular and skeletal systems.

In 2011, Dr. Zastawrny opened another Chiropractic office in Spencerport that year.

In 2013 with expansion in Irondequoit, Integrated Chiropractic And Physical Therapy was formed.

We are happy to provide Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, Wellness Programs and Exercise Programs for our patients.

Chiropractic | Physical Therapy – What Our Patients Say

I see Dr. Bechard in the Irondequoit office and he has really helped me with my migraines, neck tension, and occasional low back pain. Dr. Bechard is very pleasant and easy to talk to. He also takes the time to explain things in language I can understand. Sometimes he suggests at home exercises and stretches and gives me written instructions, which I really appreciate. My former chiropractor did not do that. Overall I feel like he takes more time with me than any other chiropractor I’ve had, and I enjoy my treatments and am grateful for how much he’s helped reduce the severity and frequency of my migraines. I would definitely recommend him to others. Michelle G.

I came to see Dr. J.Z. because of a shoulder injury. Once in his office, I decided to ask about my ongoing gait problems. He worked with my chiropractor and myself to not only fix my shoulder but has improved my overall health issues so I may not need to see my chiropractor so often. Jeannine H.

Dear John, Alice & Velvet,
Thank you for your kindness, efficiency and expertise. All of you made my recovery a pleasant experience. I only wish you had a satellite office in Tampa. Warmest regards, Kristen L.

Dear John &Alice,
After all these months it still seems odd not going to therapy anymore. I can’t put into words how much I appreciate your friendship as well as what you’ve done for my knee. Tell John I’ll call him sometime for my graduation lunch at Happy Days. Glenn

John & Alice have made my recovery a pleasant as can be and a productive experience. Not only did John help with my ongoing recovery but corrected other problems. They are not only friendly but very professional. Many Thanks, Joyce M.
